Agentify it

Premise: Rename nightly exports and move them to a folder.

  1. Riley: “Eight lines of shell.” Deterministic. Boring.
  2. Taylor: “An agent can understand intent.” Flexible. Extensible.
  3. Riley: “The intent is mv.” A long pause.
  4. Six months later: The script has 31 flags. Taylor starts opening her laptop.

Observed behavior: Every script wants to become software. Every agent should earn the promotion.

Cast: Taylor Kim — The AI Native — “Give it to an agent.”; Riley Novak — The Minimalist — “Postgres, HTTP, cron.”
