Premise: Figure out what the company should build next.

  1. Maya: “New idea!” The fifth genuinely interesting idea this morning.
  2. Maya: “AI agent. New pricing. Mobile. Marketplace. Ship them.” More experiments. More possible futures.
  3. Riley: “What problem? Which user? What plan?” He requests one user story and a definition of done.
  4. Maya: “We’ll learn fast.” Riley: “From what?” Nine experiments are now interacting.
