💖 Would reach for it

ChrisThe Sovereign“Code he can fork is code he owns; vendor it, mirror it, send the patches upstream.”
JoThe Cowboy“The library has held since 2003, and it did the job before she finished reading the docs.”
RuthThe Maintainer“A library that survived twenty years of bug reports is the most tested code in the company.”
TaylorThe AI Native“The ecosystem is her agents' toolbox; most problems already have a package with tests.”

🛑 Would push back

RileyThe Minimalist“Line 400 of package.json is 400 things that can break at 3am; he knows the exact count.”
MorganThe Threat Modeler“She wants to know who got commit access last year, and why they were so helpful.”
PatThe Enterprise Adult“Who is the vendor? Nobody? Then nobody answers the phone when Nebraska stops answering email.”
