💡 WHY RUTH IS RIGHT
Open-sourcing is the easy part; maintaining is the job. Every public project accumulates issues, pull requests, security reports and questions from people who depend on it, and those do not stop when the team that published it moves on. The 2009 repository still gets bug reports from companies running it in production. Before publishing, decide who answers in year three, or plan an honest archive with a clear notice.
