💖 Would reach for it

MayaThe Visionary“Every legendary team has rituals; kayaks, a hackathon, then fireworks build a story people retell.”
GregThe Hedger“Trust is what lets people disagree safely, and a team that knows each other escalates earlier.”
NoraThe User Advocate“The offsite is where she notices who eats alone, and that tells her more than any survey.”
RuthThe Maintainer“The 2009 offsite is how she knew exactly who to call during the 2011 outage.”

🛑 Would push back

HugoThe Perfectionist“Someone has to watch prod during the kayak trip, and it is always him.”
MorganThe Threat Modeler“Icebreaker fun facts are security questions with better catering; trust is earned in reviews, not escape rooms.”
